ABOUT THIS RING

This singular and sensational mid-century bypass ring enchants both the wearer and onlooker with a bright and glistening pair of cushion-cut sapphires: a 3.19 carat pink, and a 2.47 carat blue. The gorgeous gemstones wrap around each other in shiny, black enameled 18K yellow gold along with a small pair of diamond sparklers. Dramatic, striking and stunning. Certified by the AGL: no heat or clarity enhancements for the blue, and 'low temperature heating', no clarity enhancements for the pink. Now and forever a ring size 4 1/2 (due to the enameling).

About Mid-Century Jewelry

Mid-Century jewelers gave the Victorians a run for their money when it came to variety—with the added bonus of big, bold gems in every shape, size, and color. Themes of previous eras were made fabulous enough to match the optimism of the post-war world. Transitional pieces bridged the gap between the first and second half of the 20th century.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
