A late 19th century sparkler. This magnificent puffed heart is packed to the brim with five carats of scintillating deeply cut old-mine diamonds. The platinum over 14K yellow gold pin doubles as a pendant and triples as a crystal covered locket on the reverse. A spectacular treasure of late Victorian or early Edwardian origin in superb, original condition.
