Made in the early 20s this Deco styled, silver gilt cigarette case has been meticulously enameled to duplicate malachite. The silver, framing accents have a stylized foliate engraving. The catch is gem set with a bezel-set cabochon of dyed green quartz. The gilt interior of the box is stamped Naples, S. Lucia.
