Demantoid garnets were highly prized and used sparingly in 19th century jewels and it is rare to see their use in the 20th century. Demantoid garnets are typically small and their use in this ladies filigree rings quatrefoil motif shows them off as a nice splash of color further set with 5 old mine cut diamonds (.55 carat total, GHI color, SI clarity) and hand finished with delicate milgrain details. The ring is a hand fabricated marriage of two periods incorporating a platinum filigree top from the Edwardian period with a white gold gallery and shank done later in the Art Deco period.

*Unless noted, almost all rings can be sized to fit. We include the first sizing with purchase.
