An elusive and quite rare Art Nouveau ring featuring a stunning antique brilliant cut sapphire highlighted by European cut diamonds, calibre cut chrysoprase and basse taille enameling in emerald green. The ring is crafted in 14 karat yellow gold and is sensational. Durand & Co. hallmark. A notable member of the Durand family is the famous Asher B. Durand, a Hudson River Valley painter who worked in the early 19th century.
