A masterpiece from the 1960's. A high domed Lapis Lazuli is inlaid with a lattice of 18 karat yellow gold and crowned with a row of twenty three round diamonds weighing .75 carat total weight. The shank and gallery is composed of various size geometric patterns in this one-of-a-kind conversation piece.
