A wonderful antique sapphire and diamond ring with Art Nouveau flavor. A rich, velvety blue oval cushion cut sapphire is nestled between two flowing diamond set hearts and two old-mine cut diamonds in buttercup settings above and below. Crafted in silver over 18 karat yellow gold.
