Platinum pierced pin with a central bezel set cushion cut sapphire (1.25 carats) highlighted with eighteen square cut diamonds (1.00 carat tota weight, G-H color, VS clarity) channel set in row through the center with forty old European cut diamonds (3.50 carats total weight, G-I color, SI-I1 clarity) bezel and bead set throughout a foliate motif, circa 1915. Fine milgrain details finish this pin. The pin measures 5/8 X 3 1/8.
