This venerable Victorian motif is handcrafted in silver topped 15 karat yellow gold and is embellished with approximately 4.00 carats of diamonds. The most likely British made brooch has a distinctive Fleur-de-lis motif border encrusted with antique round and rose-cut diamonds. The crescent shape is accentuated by the graduated size mine-cut and vintage diamonds which are described in further detail below. Overall the brooch is in good condition as the C clasp dates this piece to the mid 1800s.
