The diamond is elegantly set with eight pointed prongs within an octagonal head fully set with round brilliant cut diamonds atop a fanciful pierced mounting with delicate milgrain details and diamonds twinkling all around. We have graded this diamond to be an SI1, however it is truly the highest possible SI1. Stunning!
