This small pin dates back to the Georgian period. It is a 14K yellow gold memorial mourning pin with plaited hair and black enamel for rememberance of a loved one. The words In Memory Of are curved around the hair in gold and C Robt Sept 14 1834 is engraved on the reverse. This dainty pin measures about 3/4 by 7/8.
