A different twist on a classic, romantic theme. A heart for blue bloods! A striking, sizable puffed diamond heart (1 1/2 " x 1 3/8 ") enveloped by deep blue, calibre synthetic sapphires, entirely original to the piece. Beautifully hand fabricated in platinum over 18k yellow gold. For maximum diamond sparkle the back is expertly pierced in the azure style. A hidden bail folds up and down depending whether it's worn as a pin or pendant. Circa 1915.
