Victorian Taille d’Epargne Drop Pendant on a Georgian Snake Chain #90-1-939

This magnificent mid-19th century gold navette shaped taille d’epargne drop pendant with a matching bail is adorned with robin’s egg blue enamel and a central dark blue enameled dome with an old mine-cut diamond and six twinkling rose-cut diamonds set in a star. The pendant is suspended from an original Georgian snake chain which measures 16 inches long. The pendant measures 1 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches long. 18K yellow gold.
