This is a gorgeous 4.44 carat oval brilliant cut diamond presented in an elaborate, French made (and hallmarked) vintage style platinum mounting. The diamond radiates with a dusky champagne hue and is snuggled into the mounting which is elaborately decorated with openwork scrolls and glittering with .70 carat of small accent diamonds. For a large scale diamond ring, this ring is very comfortable to wear as it sits rather low on the hand. A unique and dramatic diamond dazzler.
