A bright-white and brilliant transitional-cut diamond, weighing 1.15 carats, scintillates from the center of a dazzling platinum and diamond backdrop in this superb and stunning, original Art Deco engagement ring, circa late 1930s - 1940s. This beautiful, and far from ordinary, vintage diamond ring artfully blends a traditional engagement ring (with a pair of baguette diamonds) atop a sparkling and gently curved frame of small round diamonds, leading down to crescent-shape sides and a soft-shouldered ring shank. A true and lasting beauty.
