A bright-white and beautiful European-cut diamond, weighing .79 carats, radiates atop an exemplary vintage engagement ring, finely handcrafted in platinum and diamonds, and blending both Edwardian and Art Deco design traits. The double scroll motif top, sculpted in a soft shouldered cushion shape, transitions down to tapered ‘V’ shape sides. The entire ring is magnificently ornamented with decorative openwork, delicate milgraining and hand-engraved details. By all standards, a superb and stunning vintage jewel, circa 1920s.
