A dazzling and highly distinctive Art Deco three-stone diamond band-style ring, hand fabricated in platinum, circa 1930s, centering on a bright-white and beautiful trio of large baguette-, or emerald-cut diamonds, together weighing 1.00 carat. The three main diamonds are dressed up on each side with a glittering array of small round diamonds, and bordered top and bottom with a slender row of vibrant red French-cut calibre synthetic rubies. The artfully fashioned platinum mounting tapers from 3/8 inch wide at the top and narrows to 1/8 inch under the finger. *The center emerald-cut bears a small and barely noticeable chip on one corner, which we have chosen to leave alone in order to maintain the integrity and originality of the ring.
