The 3.00 carat fancy lozenge shape diamond, with a lite yellowish hue, is the shining star of this multi-dimensional 18K yellow setting co-starring a three-row wave of quadrillion-cut diamonds (fully faceted square-cuts) and a smattering of small round brilliant-cut diamonds to complete the picture with a total of 5.50 carats.
