Unusual, Art Nouveau, silver belt buckle depicts a stylized turtle floating in a sea of curving whiplash waves. The turtle's shell is adorned with flush-set rich, red garnets. Turtles have long symbolized strength, stability, benevolence, and wisdom. Excellent condition.
