A glittering half-inch, tonneau (or barrel) shape, all around diamond wedding band from the illustrious Parisian jeweler. The center convex band containing 3 rows of fine round brilliant cut diamonds is sandwiched by straight single row bands of diamonds - 5 rows of diamonds in all. In deep rich 18k yellow gold; signed 'Cartier' with appropriate French hallmarks. Size 6 (plus) European size 52. This band ring cannot be sized larger (but perhaps a tad smaller).
