18k white gold, vintage, ruby cocktail ring contains a central oval faceted ruby with a spiraling cascade of dazzling, marquise shaped rubies swirling away from the center. The ring has a slightly raised basket-style gallery and the rubies have been set at slightly varying heights to accentuate their brilliance.
