Large Antique Garnet and Diamond Ring

A sizable buff-cut cabochon garnet shimmers and glows from a regal setting, hand crafted in silver over gold, and outlined with one carat of sparkling, deep-cut, antique cushion-cut diamonds. A graceful foliate ring shank completes this early-Victorian, possibly Georgian, beauty. 3/4 of an inch by 11/16 of an inch across.
