An unusually cut chubby marquise, or tapered oval (moval) aquamarine glistens from within a finely hand-crafted and richly detailed platinum mounting, circa 1920s-1930s, in this bright, beautiful and highly distinctive Edwardian/early-Art Deco ring. This stunning jewel is thoroughly ornamented with delicate decorative open work, fine milgraining, and hand engraving continuing all around the ring shank. A trio of single-cut diamonds sparkle on each side of this ravishing pastel colored treasure.
