Cabochon Sapphire and Platinum Gents Ring

An oval, high-domed, deep dark indigo blue cabochon sapphire, weighing 12 carats, is tastefully yet unusually presented in a handmade flexible platinum mounting. The tapered links, evocative of a rolex oyster link watchband is hand engraved all around, including the bezel. A dramatic and highly distinctive vintage Art Deco gents ring, circa 1930s.
