This rare and wonderful oval button-shaped antique ring is diagonally striped with twenty-five channel-set, calibre-cut rubies alternating with bead-set rose-cut and single-cut diamonds. This beautiful antique ring is handcrafted in platinum over yellow gold with a fine piercework under-gallery and split shank. A charming and extra-lovely original late-Victorian/early-Edwardian-era ring, circa 1890.
