A whimsical signature creation from the 1960's by the renowned Beverly Hills jeweler - Ruser. A haloed and winged cherub sits upon a palm tree landscaped cloud in heaven. Smile inducing. The cherub has twinkling small blue stone eyes which are most likely sapphires, but they are too small to say for certain.
