A classical architectural site rendered in teeny-tiny micro-mosaic tesserae is inlaid inside a black onyx border in this strikingly stylish adornment, crafted in textured 19 karat gold, by the noted contemporary jewelry designer Elizabeth Locke. The micro-mosaic dates from the late-nineteenth/early-twentieth century. 1 9/16 inches by 1 3/8 inches (excluding the flip-up loop).
