This sizable, curvaceous and precious confection, dating from the early 1900s, glitters with five carats of old mine-cut diamonds, culminating in a .90 carat diamond in the center. The beautiful three-inch long (by one inch) brooch is imbued with the elaborate and delicate baroque ornamentation for which Edwardian jewels are justly prized. A sumptuous, sparkling and impressive work of the jeweler’s art, handcrafted in platinum, of course.
