A high-quality 18 karat yellow gold ladies pendant (or pocket watch) by the fine Swiss watchmaker C.H. Meylan, was decorated after-the-fact with a graceful and glittering platinum and rose-cut diamond Swan encircled by twinkling platinum and diamond flowers. 1 and 1/8 inches with an embossed dial and a warm velvety patina.
