To protect a cherished photo of a loved one, a 14 karat yellow gold round locket depicting a fierce three dimensional lion's head. The lion is very realistically rendered with white gold teeth and fangs bared to reveal an old European-cut diamond and diamond set eyes. Early 20th century. Dramatic.
