This mid-Victorian 14 karat yellow locket features a soft patina and lovely details on both sides. The locket's top is embellished with a cobalt blue enameled star, typical of 1860's fashion, set with a sparkling .25 carat old mine cut diamond in its center. A soft rouge glow encircles the star. The locket's back bears an intricate hand engraved design, centering on a shield, the perfect space for an engraved initial.
