One of the sweetest and loveliest Art Nouveau/Renaissance Revival necklaces imaginable. A pearl-bearing scalloped half shell colored in bright shaded yellow and pink enamel is surmounted by a leafy scroll design rendered in bright blue, green and white enamel. This top section is centered with a small sparkling diamond and is crowned with a shimmering natural pearl. The chain is crafted in fine platinum and yellow gold links, and a dangling pearl drop and pearl-set clasp add the finishing touches to this colorful, feminine and enchanting Art Nouveau jewel. Circa 1900.
