Armlet

An armlet (or "armilla") is a bracelet that is worn on the biceps (upper arm muscle). This type of bracelet was popular during the neoclassical era. Armlets have been found in Etruscan tombs. They were also given to soldiers of the Roman Empire and worn as a military decoration.
