  • Built an Art Nouveau villa at La Hulpe where he studied flowers, insects, peacocks, swans, bats, etc.
  • His designs became quite distinct from those of Wolfers Frères often sinister and surreal.
  • International Exhibition, Antwerp, 1894 & exhibition of Les Vingt, Brussels, 1895 - showcased carved ivory.

1902-1904

c.1908

  • His work became more geometric and abstract.
  • Turned away from jewelry to create sculpture.
