Ring
A ring is jewelry designed to be worn on a finger. In existence at least four thousand years, rings appear in almost every culture of the world. They carry with them a plethora of meaning and symbolism. Engagement rings pledge one heart to another, signet rings provide identity and a link to ancestors, religious symbolism, protection from evil and tangible proof of wealth can all be seen in a ring.
