1895 – Founder
- Rytier Robert von Berks, a member of the a German Mining Union (Geramb Bergwerk Union or GBU in German).
- Named the company after the landowner, Janos Szandrik.
1899
- Designer Jan Peterka (1871-1938) joined the firm.
1900
- Entered Peterka’s designs in the World Exhibition, Paris with great success.
1918
- Name changed to Sandrik.
c. 1945
- Following WWII, the firm was nationalized and consolidated with the Czechoslovakian firm Bibus.
