American Jewelry Manufacturers is an extensive attempt to catalog the many jewelry maker's marks of those who worked in the USA. It is based on prior publications by Jewelers Circular Keystone. There is an interesting introduction on the history of jewelery manufacturing in the USA. Downside of the book is that jewelers are indexed by name only and finding the appropriate entry is painstaking when there are no initials in the maker's mark.
