A rare sighting! This spectacular Victorian-era avian brooch, boasting a 3-inch wing span, gracefully glides and glistens with 3.75 carats of bright-white, high-quality European-cut diamonds (and a tiny ruby eye). Artfully sculpted and fabricated in silver over yellow gold, this superb and exceptional Victorian jewel is about twice the size as most we have come across. All original from the late-1800's with a warm, time appropriate patina.
