A round blueberry blue cushion-cut sapphire, bookended by a pair of bright-white European-cut diamonds, glisten and gleam diagonally between graceful textured leafy shoulders in this wonderful early-20th-century vintage jewel artfully hand fabricated and hand engraved in 18K rosy-yellow gold. Currently ring size 6 1/4.
