ABOUT THIS NECKLACE
By one of this country's most time-honored (and still thriving) manufacturers of fine jewelry to the trade comes this resplendent example of Art Nouveau artistry, circa 1900-1910. A stylized orchid, colored in iridescent pink and violet enamel, overlays a sinuous yellow gold backdrop and sprouts a pair of small freshwater pearls and a sparkling round diamond. A matching bail reflects the enchanting design. 1 3/8 inches by 1 inch. The new chain measures 22 inches.
