ABOUT THIS JEWELRY

After the Communist revolution of 1917 Russians decidedly began to 'dress down', however, these refined cuff links beautifully reflect the the elegant style of the late-19th century Imperial period. The double pair are designed as striated lozenge shape plaques that sparkle in the center with a row of 6 French-cut diamonds, and with a reverse design featuring Burmese rubies - all of which are bordered by tiny rose-cut diamonds, or conversely by tiny calibre rubies. Rare and exceptional in form and quality, these are meant for a true collector. Hand fabricated in platinum over gold with Russian hallmarks stamped on the inner loops. Just over 7/8 inch by 1/2 inch.
