ABOUT THIS RING

An absolutely gorgeous, 'gemmy', emerald-cut Colombian emerald, weighing 4.43 carats and suffused with a vivid, richly saturated, crystalline, bluish-green color* (as good as it gets), is enthroned in an Art Deco mounting befitting its splendor, artfully and intricately designed and hand fabricated in platinum during the zenith of the period - circa 1925. Stepped trios of bright-white graduated baguette diamonds gleam from the shoulders, while tiny sparkling white diamonds, accented with bright green calibre emeralds, adorn the sides. Absolutely extraordinary in every way. Currently ring size 7. Accompanied by a Gemological Report from the GIA stating: F1 clarity enhancement (minor with oil), Colombia origin. *Of all gemstones, photos can't begin to capture the depth of color and brightness of emeralds, and the highly magnified photography exaggerates the inclusions. Thus you'll be pleasantly surprised when you see it in person!

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
