Streamlined in form, this elegant, original Art Deco ring (circa 1920s) is a study in contrasts. A smooth, glowing 2.00 carat cabochon sapphire has a deep royal blue hue that extends east and west with graduated, faceted calibre-cut sapphires, all embraced by icy-white and brightly sparkling old mine-cut diamonds. Total diamond weight - .35 carat, total sapphire weight - 2.60 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, it is currently ring size 5 1/2. GIA gemological report states: No heat, Australian origin.
