A high-quality half-carat (.52 exact weight) European-cut diamond set in double-prongs flashes from an exquisite 1920s vintage setting with fine open work, hand-engraving and milgrain details. Royal blue triangular synthetic sapphire epaulets adorn the shoulders. Sweet and lovely.
