ABOUT THIS JEWELRY

Here's something refreshingly different in an early-20th-century dinner ring. Die-struck and hand-finished in platinum over 14K yellow gold, circa 1920, delightful curvilinear openwork associated with the aesthetics of the Edwardian-era artfully combines with bold Art Deco modernism to create this unique and fabulous figure-8 style dinner ring dotted with twinkling diamonds and a pair of bright green emeralds. 3/4-inch long. Currently ring size 7.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
