ABOUT THIS BRACELET

If the term "outrageously fabulous" were in the dictionary, you would find a picture of this bangle right next to it--wow! Spectacular in both its distinctive design and color combination, this stunning Art Deco delight presents two rows of blazing white European-cut diamonds and glimmering bright blue sapphires alongside luscious pink salmon-colored beads, leading to a sculptural masterpiece of diamond-studded free form shapes created by artistic piercing and adorned with coral beads and sapphires. This captivating creation culminates in octagonal frames of diamonds and buff-cut calibre sapphires centered by hexagonal-shaped coral embellished with sparkling white European-cut diamonds. This arresting treasure twists open via an ingenuously designed diamond-set hinge. A unique rare and ravishing Jazz Age jewel. Total diamond weight - 17.55 carats, total sapphire weight - 12.25 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, it measures 1 inch (at its widest point) to 3/8 at the rear -- 6 5/8 inches long. French marks (mask in rectangular cartouche = post 1926, Paris Assay Office).

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
