While vintage three-stone and five-stone rings are classic configurations, this Art Deco four-stone sparkler is distinctively dazzling. The central pair of European-cut diamonds sparkle piggy-back between the second pair of European-cut side stones, bringing the total diamond weight to 1.40 carats. However, of equal interest and beauty is the exceptional mounting, die-struck and hand finished in platinum with rigorous attention paid to each and every detail, including neoclassical piercing, milgraining, and hand engraving continuing all around the currently size 6 1/2 ring shank. Singular, superb and stunning - circa 1925.
