Artfully hand fabricated in platinum during the first or second decade of the twentieth century, this breathtakingly beautiful Edwardian necklace features a gorgeous collection of ultra-lustrous white and fancy colored (rosé, pink, violet, silver and black) natural freshwater pearls patiently harvested over time from the mighty Mississippi River. The pearls are elegantly wreathed in swirls and garlands of bright-white and sparkling European-cut diamonds. A truly rare and ravishing original Belle Époque jewel.
