ABOUT THIS NECKLACE

A captivating cascade of color. In this gorgeous Mid-Century vintage necklace, four graduated strands, measuring 27 inches to 22 1/2 inches of beautifully polished paprika-colored coral beads (325 of them!) drape dramatically around your neck. The vibrant strands are joined by way of an exquisitely designed clasp, hand fabricated in 18K gold, centered with a gleaming elongated rectangle cabochon coral bordered by bright gold beads and embellished on the reverse with a finely hand engraved floral motif. Ravishing! and one of the most impressive (4) strands we've ever come across.

About Mid-Century Jewelry

Mid-Century jewelers gave the Victorians a run for their money when it came to variety—with the added bonus of big, bold gems in every shape, size, and color. Themes of previous eras were made fabulous enough to match the optimism of the post-war world. Transitional pieces bridged the gap between the first and second half of the 20th century.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
