Formerly the button from the colorful silk frock of a wealthy 19th-century Asian personage, this unusually thick (3/8 inch) by 11/16 inch diameter natural, bright apple green Burmese carved jade was reincarnated during the mid-20th-century as this unique and striking ring. Accompanied by a gemological report from Mason-Kay Jade Laboratory stating: Natural. No indications of polymers or dyes. Burma origin. Currently ring size 6 1/2.
